Espresso roast - Guatemala -finca wiwitz

High in the rugged mountains of Huehuetenango, Guatemala, lies a tiny patch of land known to the local Maya-Popti people as Finca Wiwitz meaning "Up the Hill."

On this steep, sun-drenched hillside, nearly 1,800 meters above sea level, the Rodríguez family carefully tends to just one hectare of exceptional coffee trees. The thin mountain air and rich soil allow the coffee cherries to mature slowly, packing them with deep, complex flavors.

During harvest, the family hand-picks only the ripest cherries, washes them in pure spring water, and dries them under the highland sun.

Every cup of Finca Wiwitz tells the story of this mountain peak: a bright, clean coffee bursting with sweet notes of peach, smooth milk chocolate, and crisp red berries. It is a true labor of love from the heart of Guatemala.
